Chuck Might & The Bluescasters is a blues band based in the midwest that specializes in rockin'
the house. While the band plays traditional style blues, it also explores swing, rock-a-billy, and
rockin' blues.
The band is led by piano & organ player Chuck Might, former member of Rev. Raven & The Chain-
Smokin' Altar Boys. Chuck has toured all over North America with his own band as well as
with James Petersen, Sam Lay, Lou Pride, and The Rev. He
appears on Lou Pride's latest CD, "Twisting the
Knife" (Ichiban Records), and the new CD by Terry Frank "Blues In The Night" (Slidestone
Records). Chuck was nominated for a WAMI award for Wisconsin's keyboard player of
the year in 1999 for the second consecutive year. In 2001, The Bluescasters were nominated for a WAMI award as Wisconsin's Best Blues Band. For complete information, see the Chuck Might & The Bluescasters web site!
